Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or starting a free trial of INTEL (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Service is provided by Wildbos, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 94765197).
2. The service
INTEL provides daily market intelligence briefings based on automated analysis of publicly available news, social media, and market data. Briefings are generated by AI and are intended as informational tools — not as financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Free trial & billing
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish INTEL briefings without written permission. Each subscription is for one company. Sharing login credentials outside your organization is not permitted.
5. Accuracy & disclaimer
Briefings are AI-generated from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information. Do not make business decisions based solely on INTEL content. Wildbos is not liable for any losses resulting from actions taken based on our briefings.
6. Intellectual property
The INTEL platform, its design, code, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Wildbos. Your briefing content is generated for your use and may be shared within your organization.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting hello@wildbos.com.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
